Back to School Help

August 28, 2017

Summer's over and school is now in session. The first few weeks can be a tough transition, but the library can help make it better for students of any age!

Ebooks and audiobooks

Everyone knows they can find books here and that hasn't changed. But did you know you can also check out ebooks with your library card? Here's the link:  Be sure to download Libby to your device for the best possible ebook experience!

If you need a book on the go, but don't want to use (or have) a device, try our Playaways. Listen to an entire book on a pocket-sized mp3 player (perfect for those busy students). Try a Launchpad tablet for the younger student. Browse our selection in our catalog.

Online Resources

Also available with your library card is access to the Ohio Web Library, an online collection of over 40 databases and resources, including Explora (for all grade levels), World Book, Science Online, Literary Reference Center and more! Visit the Ohio Web Library here:
