The Ashland Public Library is a great place to find out what you need to know - as a student, as a consumer, as a citizen or as a lifelong learner.

Need help looking for information or don't even know where to start?  Chat live with librarians from across the state - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  This is an easy to use service, with no software to download.  Only an Ohio zip code is required to get started.

Auto Repair Reference Center: http://www.oplin.org/auto
Get repair procedures, service bulletins, wiring diagrams and more for foreign and domestic cars with information going back as far as 1945 and as recent as 2007!  It's easy to find and print the information you need for basic repairs and maintenance - an Ashland Public Library card number is required to get started. 

Learning Express: http://www.oplin.org/tests
Prepare for exams and improve writing, math and learning skills.  The Learning Express Library includes timed practice tests for the ACT, SAT, GED, GRE, GMAT, LSAT and MCAT as well as practice for Health, Military, Law Enforcement and Civil Service career exams.  You will be asked to create a Username and Password, but this free service is available 24/7.

Conduct genealogical and historical research with U. S. Census records; military records; court, land and probate records; vital and church records; directories; petitions for naturalization; passenger lists and more. Requires an Ashland Public Library card to access at home.

Get articles for your school report or stay current on your favorite subjects.  While coverage varies, complete articles are usually available going back to the mid-1990's from thousands of magazines and newspapers.  An Ohio library card is needed to access these Ohio Web Library Resources
