| The mission of the Ashland Public Library is to improve
the quality of life in Ashland County through the provision of access to
resources and services that will inform, enable and inspire its citizens
while meeting their evolving informational, educational and recreational
needs. Currently the library has almost 150,000 items available for our patrons including books, magazines, newspapers, videos, DVDs, audio books, and music CDs. In addition to these materials, the library also provides entertaining and informative programming for all ages. The library also offers bookmobile service to many parts of the county. The library truly has something for everyone, from toddler to senior citizen. Over 34,000 people in the Ashland area are registered library users.
